All orders require a 50% deposit in US funds. Deposits are accepted by personal check or cashier's check drawn on a US bank. We also accept MasterCard and VISA. American Express payments are accepted with an additional 1% processing fee. All order proposals, deposits and final payments confirmed by US mail. Orders shipped within California will include 7.75 % sales tax. Cancellations will incur a 15% materials fee. Customers requesting refunds must notify ATS within 45 days of order activation.
No work will begin on any accepted orders until materials deposit is received. Deposits must be received to activate all orders. Our delivery time is currently 3 months for portable piers (and 2 months for permanent piers) from receipt of materials deposit.

International orders welcome.
These quotes represent all domestic shipment orders (continental U.S.). International and 12" OD pier shipments figured on an individual basis. All shipments professionally packed for safety, and insured for transport. We commonly use FedEx or UPS carriers, and ground or int'l. economy rate service. Customers are responsible for any import fees and/or duties on international shipments.
Shipping charges on adapter-only orders will be figured on an individual basis.
